The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:

I have been with Remax of Cherry Hill for 15 years. I have a full time assistant, Louise Armstrong, who answers my phone at the office from 10:00am till 5:00pm.
I enjoy hiking, biking, traveling and dancing. I enjoy enertainng family and friends. I treat my clients the way I would like to be treated, with respect and honesty. I and my assistant will assit in any way possible to make your sale or purchase an enjoyable experience. Most of my business comes from past clients and past client referrals.

I have received numerous designations since I was licensed in 1986. I have been a member of the local boards million dollar sales club since 1988. I am a memeber of the New Jersey Board of Relators Distinguished Sales Club. I have won numerous Remax awards including the Remax Platnium Sales Club and the Remax Hall of Fame Club. I have been in the Remax of New Jersey Top 10 in units 3 of the last 5 years, with over 3,500 agents in the State. I have alot of experience buying and selling homes.
